Adria Dental Group, which both Arena and Salona Dental polyclinics will be operating under, will serve as the hub for the Provectus Capital Partners (PCP)-initiated consolidation of the dental sector.
Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), an investment company focused on the markets in Southeast Europe, has invested in the Solin-based Salona Dental Polyclinic, Dalmatia’s leading polyclinic. This is the fund’s second investment in the Croatian dental sector, following its investment in Zagreb’s Arena Polyclinic in June of this year. Salona Dental boasts ten state-of-the-art equipped treatment rooms, diagnostic equipment and instruments, and a dental laboratory. Simultaneously with investing in Salona Dental, PCP has launched Adria Dental Group, the first regional dental group, which both Arena and Salona Dental polyclinics will continue operating under. Adria Dental Group will serve as the holding for the PCP-initiated consolidation of the dental sector.

The investment in Salona Dental Polyclinic is the third investment in the private healthcare system made by PCP’s ASEF (Adriatic Structured Equity Fund), which is supported by the European Investment Fund and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the CROGIP program.
