Croatian-American company ReversingLabs has secured an investment worth $ 56 million in its Series B financing round, it was announced. Mario Vuksan and Tomislav Peričin founded ReversingLabs back in 2009 and today offer a range of products and solutions in the field of corporate cyber security.
The $56 million investment was secured by a group of investors led by private equity fund Crosspoint Capital Partners.
“We are delighted to partner with Crosspoint, a company that brings deep knowledge and expertise to the cyber security sector,” Vuksan said on the occasion of the end of the second investment round. “Business leaders have become increasingly aware of the cyber risks associated with software vulnerabilities in their organizations. With the support of Crosspoint, I believe we can accelerate our work by helping companies detect and prevent cyber threats, ”Vuksan said.
ReversingLabs already attracted an investment worth $ 25 million in 2017, and the famous American banking giant JPMorgan Chase appeared among the investors at that time.
