Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA)
The Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA) aims to facilitate the creation of a conducive environment for private equity and venture capital (PE/VC) investments in Croatia and the broader region. In addition, CVCA seeks to encourage the development and promotion of an investment culture that supports entrepreneurship and innovation.
Besides being active in Croatia, CVCA actively promotes the development of the private equity and venture capital industry across South East Europe (SEE) and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), recognizing the importance of a strong regional market for sustainable economic growth.
CVCA is the central meeting place for all members of the private equity and venture capital industry in Croatia, and through its activities, strives to bring together all private equity and venture capital funds with headquarters or representative offices in Croatia and the region.
CVCA members manage capital above EUR 4.2 billion, making them one of the most significant investor groups in Croatia and the region. Private equity and venture capital investments are critical for the Croatian economy, as they invest in the most dynamic and high-growth Croatian companies, creating new jobs and supporting international expansion.

SustainInvest 2025 is a two-day event focused on ESG and sustainable investing in the private equity and venture capital industry. The event will start on 25 June 2025 with a Gala Conference Dinner — a unique sustainable dining experience — and continue on 26 June 2025 with a Workshop on ESG/Sustainability for PE/VC fund managers.
At the Gala Conference Dinner participants will enjoy a locally sourced, eco-friendly menu, with each dish reflecting its carbon footprint. The more sustainable your choices, the less you pay! Part of the proceeds from the dinner will be donated to a selected environmental charity.
The following day, 26 June, the Workshop on ESG and Sustainability will offer practical insights and best practices for integrating ESG into private equity and venture capital fund management, featuring expert speakers and interactive discussions.
